ZCGG is the largest manufacturer of Calcined petroleum coke in China.
Its annual output capacity is 150,000 ton. To meet with its customers needs, it
can provide different calcined petroleum cokes produced in the coke-oven, or the
rotary kiln.
The raw materials are
green petroleum coke with low sulfur content purchased from Daqing oil field and
green petroleum coke with medium sulfur content from Sunli oil field in China.
The calcined petroleum coke
produced by the coke-oven is of high strength, high real density, large in size
and of low porosity. The carbon products made with this type of coke are easily
graphitized. Principle advantages include large size, high strength, low sulfur
and low ash content. ZCGG can screen to customersı specification. The quality of
the coke make it an excellant material for producing high quality of carbon
monoxide gas for special usage in chemical and plastic industries.

The calcined petroleum coke produced by the rotary kiln is a quality
material for producing pre-baked anodes or anode paste for aluminum industry.
Its real density can be adjusted according to customersı requirements. Its
moisture content is less than 0.5%.

ZCGGıs annual output capacity of carbon raiser is more than 50,000 tons.
It is made from calcined petroleum coke. As an ideal carbon additive and
intermediate reactor, it has been widely used in different industries like
metallurgy, chemistry, machinery, electricity, etc. ZCGG makes different size
and grade of carbon raisers to meet its customersı special needs.

Highly purified graphitized coke is made from high
quality calcined petroleum coke under a temperature of 2,500-3,000°C. The
minimum fixed carbon content of this product is 99.95% (Grade I) or 99.90%
(Grade II). Its total impurity is less than 0.1%. It is a superior carbon raiser
for steel mills and foundries.
As a high
purity carbon material, it can be used for producing sealing and lubricating
materials, electricity brushes, compound brakes and etc. It can also be used in
plastic and rubber as an additive.

*ZCGG can also produce the foundary coke in different sizes to meet its
customersı needs.
The
foundry coke made by ZCGG has the features of high fixed carbon content, high
strength, low ash, low sulfur, low porosity and large in size. It is a quality
fuel for furnaces and cupolas in foundry industry. In 1997 its total output of
this type of coke was approximately 100,000 tons. It can be delivered in
different sizes according to customers' requirements.

Granular Asphalt is a specially processed highly polymerized asphalt. It
is ball shape. This product can be added into the refractory material, which is
used in the spout for the large size blast furnaces. It will prevent sand wash
and sand inclusion, thereby, improving the smoothness of the casting products
and durability of the spout.
