COMPANY INFORMATION
Situated on the
southern side of the Yangtze River in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China, Zhenjiang
Coking & Gas Group (ZCGG) is approximately 160 miles west of Shanghai. The
transportation is very convenient. ZCGG owns a railroad station and a
2000-ton-berth port. Zhenjiang Port, which can accommodate vessels weighing up
to 45000 ton, is only 15 miles from the
plant.
ZCGG occupies an area of
560,000 square meters with structures measuring 84,000 square meters. As the
largest manufacturer of petroleum coke in China, ZCGG produced approximately 180,000 tons of calcined petroleum coke, including carbon raiser, al-anode coke,
electrode coke and high-strength high-density coke in 2005. It also produces
high- quality foundry coke. Last year, its foundry coke output was 120,000 ton
and its metallurgical coke output was 100,000
tons.
With more than 30 years
experience in manufacturing petroleum coke, ZCGG's products have enjoyed a good
reputation in China because of their good quality. They have been sold both in
China and overseas, including in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong,
India, New Zealand, Singapore, Russia, Germany, England and Arabian countries
and regions.
ZCGG owns a research
center and an analysis center equipped with advanced facilities to serve its
customers' needs. Recently, a new product, Graphitized Petroleum Coke, has
been developed by ZCGG. Its sulfur content is less than 0.05% and its ash
content is less than 0.2%. It could be used as a high-quality carbon raiser for
producing high-strength steel and high-quality casting
products.
We, ZCGG, has a
well-trained and dedicated work team. 30 percent of its employees have a BS or
higher degree. The average working experience of the employees with the company
is nine and one half years. To meet with our customers' needs is our primary
goal. We are working hard to achieve this goal by (1) a well-established quality
control system, from raw materials purchasing to finished products packing and
shipping; (2) a flexible production procedure based on our customers' needs and
(3) on-time delivery.
